Children will have their own chance to move for a cause at Move For Gold 2026 through Mini Jungle Warrior, a kids-focused obstacle-style activity designed to encourage movement, confidence and problem-solving.
Happening as part of Move For Gold 2026 from 3rd - 5th July at The Hills and Pullman Kuching, Mini Jungle Warrior is created for children who love to climb, crawl, balance, dash and explore. Inspired by the energy of obstacle-style fitness, the activity is adapted for younger participants in a way that is fun, engaging and age-appropriate.
The idea goes beyond physical movement. Mini Jungle Warrior encourages children to think, plan and solve challenges as they make their way through the activity. It is a chance for kids to test their confidence, coordination and teamwork while enjoying a playful experience away from screens.
For parents, it offers a meaningful weekend activity that combines fun with purpose. Move For Gold 2026 is organised by DefyLAB in support of Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society (SCCS), with proceeds from participating activities benefiting the organisation’s work for children and families affected by childhood cancer.
Visitors can support the event through the Move For Gold coupon booklet system. Each booklet costs RM100, and coupons can be used across participating activities throughout the event weekend. Families may purchase one or more booklets depending on the activities they wish to take part in.
Mini Jungle Warrior will sit alongside other family-friendly and community activities such as Family Pool Games, Busy Goose 3.0 Market, Golden Loop 5KM Run, Wellness Talk, Blood Donation & Health Screening, and more.
Those who do not participate in activities can still contribute by donating directly to SCCS representatives on-ground or through the SCCS website.
Move For Gold 2026 gives children a chance to play with purpose, while giving families an opportunity to support a cause that matters. For Mini Jungle Warrior, every climb, crawl and cheer becomes part of a bigger community effort.
