MANILA, Philippines —The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will move the U-turn slot along C3 Road before Quezon Avenue to a new location nearer the Skyway off-ramp starting Feb. 23.
The traffic management dry-run, scheduled to begin at 10 a.m., aims to reduce heavy vehicle volume and congestion at the intersection of C3 and Quezon Avenue.
Under the two-week trial, Skyway vehicles may use the new designated slot, while service road motorists must proceed to the next U-turn at Maria Clara.
Vehicles coming from España Rotonda are advised to turn right onto Araneta Avenue and utilize the U-turn at Kaliraya to reach their destinations.
The implementation is being carried out in coordination with the Quezon City government and Skyway, which has installed overhead signages at Exit 1 and Exit 2 to guide motorists.
