Luka Modric is getting anxious as Real Madrid delay offering him a new contract.
The veteran midfielder is ready to sign another 12 month deal, but no offer has yet been tabled.
Okdiario's chief football pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito, stated: "Modric is a bit irritated because the club has not approached him to offer him another year on his contract.
"They tell me that there are serious doubts at Real Madrid about this possibility.
"They tell me that (Karim) Benzema is done for one more year and that Real Madrid has told (Toni) Kroos to stay and execute the renewal clause. "
