AS Monaco have made a bid for Leicester City midfielder Boubakary Soumare.
Foot Mercato says ASM have offered €12m down plus €3m in bonuses. However, the Foxes have turned it down.
Leicester are prepared to sell - though at a starting price of €20m.
Soumare only joined the Foxes a year ago from Lille, but Leicester are willing to sell after a difficult debut season in England.
ASM see Soumare as a replacement for Aurelien Tchouameni after his €100m sale to Real Madrid.
