Tottenham have rejected a loan bid from Fiorentina for midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.
The Argentina international is not in the plans of manager Antonio Conte.
However, Spurs are eager to sell him permanently to raise funds for other purchases.
According to The Times, Fiorentina did inquire about Lo Celso, but were informed that a loan is not an option.
Lo Celso impressed during the second half of last season when on loan at Spanish side Villarreal.
Spurs value the midfielder at around £20 million.
