Monza GM Adriano Galliani is adamant Valentin Carboni won't leave this month.
The Argentine midfielder is on-loan at Monza from Inter Milan and has attracted interest from West Ham.
The Hammers have failed with an opening offer for 14m.
And Galliani says West Ham should forget about trying again this month as their loan deal is watertight.
He explained: It's not happening. Bid from West Ham? He's staying at Monza for sure."
