MR D.I.Y. Group Berhad (“MR D.I.Y.”) is making essential home appliances more accessible with the introduction of 13 new products and lower prices across selected items.
The expanded range builds on MR D.I.Y.’s established presence in the affordable home appliance category, with more than 900,000 home appliances sold over the past two years. It gives customers greater choice across everyday kitchen, cleaning and personal care needs - conveniently available through MR D.I.Y.’s nationwide store network.
The range reflects MR D.I.Y.’s commitment to Proven Quality, Better Value, combining practical functionality, certified safety standards and affordable prices, underpinned by its Always Low Prices promise.
“More than 20 years of serving Malaysian households has given us a strong understanding of what customers need from everyday appliances. They want reliable products with the features that matter at prices within reach,” said Alex Goh, Senior Vice President of Marketing, MR D.I.Y. Group.
“By expanding our home appliance range and lowering selected prices, we are making it easier for customers to find the right appliance for their needs and budget, with the added confidence of a one-year warranty,” he added.
More choice for everyday needs
The new additions include electric kettles, rice cookers, slow cookers, steam irons, hair dryers and vacuum cleaners.
Prices start from RM27.90 for an electric kettle, RM39 for a steam iron, RM53 for a rice cooker, RM27.90 for a hair dryer and RM79 for a vacuum cleaner, with options in different designs, materials and features for those who want more choice.
MR D.I.Y. has also lowered prices of selected appliances, including electric kettles, rice cookers, hair dryers and more, as part of its ongoing efforts to deliver better value. Together, the expanded selection and price reductions give customers greater flexibility without stretching household budgets.
Proven quality, better value
The range focuses on practical features that support everyday living. For instance, the electric kettle includes automatic shut-off, dry-boil and overheat protection. The rice cooker features a scratch-resistant, coating-free aluminium inner pot and thermal overload protection, while the steam iron includes adjustable temperature control, self-cleaning and overheat protection.
By combining an established product track record with wider choice, affordable prices, and the convenience of a nationwide store network, MR D.I.Y. continues to make quality everyday appliances easier for more Malaysians. All appliances come with SIRIM certification for added assurance.
