
NABAWAN: Nabawan Assemblyman Datuk Abdul Ghani Mohamed Yassin said there is a lot to be improved in order for children, especially in Sabah’s rural areas, have access to better education, towards driving human capital development.
He said both the Federal and State Governments should always give priority to human capital development, especially primary school students and high school students.
“What’s more, we are dealing with students in various categories, not only those with special needs or have disabilities who face difficulty mastering the basics of Reading, Counting and Writing (3M).
