Kota Kinabalu: There is a need for the State government to build more housing projects in Tanjung Aru and Sembulan areas.
Former Nominated Assemblyman Datuk Ronnie Loh said the housing units should be done through the Housing and Urban Development Board (LPPB) on a rent-to-buy basis for the well-being of the people.
He said the two areas require a lot of PPR units to provide more conducive places to live in for those who are eligible and are less able.
