Sant Isher Singh Public School, Mohali, celebrated Mother’s Day with great enthusiasm and joy to honour the unconditional love, care, and sacrifices of mothers. The celebration was organised by the students and teachers with various cultural and creative activities. The programme began with a special assembly dedicated to mothers. Students presented speeches, poems, dances, and songs expressing love and gratitude towards their mothers. Beautiful handmade cards and posters prepared by the students added charm to the celebration. Special activities like talent hunt, role reversal activity, and musical chair were organised for mothers and students, making the event lively, entertaining, and memorable. The enthusiastic participation of the mothers added warmth and excitement to the celebration. The event created an atmosphere filled with happiness, emotions, and appreciation. Principal Inderjeet Kaur Sandhu encouraged the students to always respect, love, and value their mothers, as mothers are the strongest pillars of every family and the first teacher in a child’s life.
