PENAMPANG: A 40-year-old motorcyclist died after crashing into a ditch near Kampung Tunon, here, on Sunday night.
Penampang Police Chief Supt Sammy Newton said the incident happened about 11.30pm.
“The victim who sustained severe head injuries was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital but was pronounced him dead at 9.25am the following day,” he said.
The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
