Motul Announced As Title Sponsor For Honda Racing Malaysia In ARRC And MSBK 2026 Season

Motul has announced an official title sponsorship and lubricant partnership with Boon Siew Honda (BSH) – Malaysia’s authorized Honda motorcycle distributor – covering two racing programs for the 2026 season. The partnership spans the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) AP250 category, under the team name Motul Honda Asia Team, and the Malaysia Superbike Championship (MSBK) 250 category, under the team name Motul Honda Racing Malaysia.

As lubricant partner, Motul will supply its 300V motorsport technology across both campaigns. As the motorsport partnerships go, this naturally serves as a product development testbed for the lubricant maker, allowing them to test lubricant performance under competitive track conditions. On Boon Siew Honda’s part, it contributes the racing infrastructure, riders, and regional motorsport program for both championships.

In case you didn’t know, Motul has a huge presence in top-tier motorsports. You can find the brand in global championships such as MotoGP – motorcycles’ top-tier racing series – as well as Formula 1, Dakar Rally, 24 Hours of Le Mans, and so on. That is to say, you can’t get any more racing pedigree than this.

The ARRC squad will compete in three remaining rounds of the championship’s AP250 category: Round 4 at Mandalika International Circuit in Indonesia (7-9 August), Round 5 at Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia (11-13 September), and Round 6 at Chang International Circuit in Thailand (4-6 December). Meanwhile, the team in MSBK will contest three remaining rounds of the MSBK 250 category, all at Sepang International Circuit: Round 2 (10-12 July), Round 3 (31 July – 2 August), and Round 4 (13-15 November).

Pokdepinion: Two big names in the motorcycle racing scene combined should mean fast bikes – hopefully that translates to proper results.
