TAWAU: Kalabakan Member of Parliament Datuk Andi Muhammad Suryady Bandy suggested that airlines expand the schedule and timing of domestic and international flights in Sabah and consider two-way travel.
He believes this would prevent air ticket prices from skyrocketing every time the holiday season arrives.
“If the flight time is increased, for example Kuala Lumpur-Tawau-Kuala Lumpur, the ticket price will undoubtedly go down…there are currently fewer flights and when seats are full, the airfare rises,” he said.
