KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) is set to dispose of seven parcels of land in Cyberjaya, Selangor, for RM419.05 million through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Subang Sentral Sdn Bhd (SSSB).

In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia on Friday, MRCB said SSSB had entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Digital Cosmos Malaysia Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposal of the land parcels measuring approximately 36.66 acres.

The disposal, which is classified as a non-related party transaction under Chapter 10 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Listing Requirements, involves a cash consideration of RM419,051,556.

MRCB said the seven parcels, collectively known as the Original Lands, would subsequently be consolidated into a single title deed following the completion of a surrender and re-alienation process.

Upon completion of the process, the land, referred to as the Subject Land, will have an estimated total area of approximately 45.81 acres.

The transaction involves Digital Cosmos, a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Cosmos (S) Pte Ltd, acquiring the land subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the SPA. - August 7, 2026
