Malaysian sprinter Muhammad Azeem Mohd Fahmi wins gold in the 4x100m relay, adding to his 100m silver at the Yellow Jacket Invitational in Atlanta.

NATIONAL sprinter Muhammad Azeem Mohd Fahmi secured his second medal at the Yellow Jacket Invitational today. The Auburn University student helped his 4×100 metre quartet clinch gold at the Atlanta meet.

Muhammad Azeem, alongside teammates Alejandro Cardenas, Ian Myers and Tyler Davis, finished the race in 39.75 seconds. This victory follows the Malaysian’s silver medal in the individual 100m event yesterday.

Second place went to the Lipscomb University quartet, who clocked 41.93s. No third-place finisher was recorded after the remaining five teams were classified as did not finish or did not start.
