KYIV - Multiple explosions were heard Thursday in Kyiv, AFP journalists reported, after the country's air force issued warnings about ballistic missiles approaching the Ukrainian capital.

AFP journalists in the central and eastern districts of Kyiv heard more than a dozen explosions, as the city's Mayor Vitali Klitschko said on Telegram that "Kyiv is under attack from ballistic missiles and UAVs". - AFP
