MANILA, Philippines—American billionaire Elon Musk is the world's richest person according to Forbes magazine on Wednesday.

With a networth of over $839 billion, Musk, known for SpaceX and as the owner of Twitter or X, topped the list of over 3,000 people.

Former Alphabet CEO Larry Page is in second place, with a net worth of $257 billion, while their former president, Sergey Brin, is in third place with $237 billion.

Amazon's Jeff Bezos is in fourth place with $224 billion, while Meta's Mark Zuckerberg rounded up the top 5 with $222 billion.

Rounding up the top 10 are Oracle's Larry Ellison ($190 billion), Louis Vuitton's Bernard Arnault and family ($171 billion), Nvidia's Jensen Huang ($154 billion), investor Warren Buffett ($149 billion), and clothing retailer Amancio Ortega ($148 billion).

In the Philippines, Enrique Razon Jr. of ICTSI led the list of 15 Filipino billionaires, with a net worth of $16.5 billion.

"There has never been a better time to be a billionaire. Thanks to AI’s explosion, sizzling markets and favorable fiscal policies, a record 3,428 entrepreneurs, investors and heirs made this year’s World’s Billionaires list, 400 more than in 2025," Forbes said
