I didn’t expect to feel anything walking into the showroom. But the moment I learned more about Lumeo @ The Atera, I started imagining what life could look like there.

My aging parents require regular health check-ups and ongoing care. What I appreciated most isn’t just the location. It is how thoughtfully everything seemed to be planned. I wouldn’t have to scramble to buy a water heater or air-conditioners; it already comes with those, plus a kitchen cabinet and stove. There’s even a digital home system with a smart lock, which is part of the complimentary smart home system provided with every unit. With the ability to remotely control electronic appliances, I can manage household tasks like adjusting the lights or air conditioning for my parents, or checking on the security settings even if I’m away for work.
Sustainability was a bonus I didn’t see coming. Lumeo @ The Atera has earned a GreenRE Silver certification, and that was a nice reassurance. The solar panels in the common areas and the EV charging stations felt like thoughtful touches for future living. Plus I’ve been considering switching to an EV myself, so it’s good to know the charging station infrastructure is already there.
A Name That’s Been Around Since the ’80s
I remember hearing about Paramount Property when I was younger. It was a familiar name even then. Decades later, it’s comforting to see that they’ve stayed consistent with their values and commitment.
