SHAH ALAM – Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN)’s online banking service myBSN operates as usual starting today after a disruption on Tuesday.
BSN in a statement today said that the operation had been restored but there was a high volume of users on the website.
“Online banking service myBSN service is back to normal.
“However, there is high traffic at the time. We appreciate your patience and support,” the statement read.
Yesterday, BSN issued a notice to inform its user of the temporary service disruption on the website and that restoration work was underway.
Users took to social media to express their dissatisfaction due to the service interruption, which caused delays.
Meanwhile, BSN said ATM, CDM and myDebit services still operate as usual.
