Myra is enhancing the homeownership experience at Myra Senja in Subang 2 through a new collaboration with Unity Kitchen.
Under the partnership, every open market unit at Myra Senja will come with a designer kitchen cabinetry package. The move aims to reduce the renovation work usually required after buyers receive their keys.
Making Move-In Easier
For many homeowners, the kitchen is one of the first and most costly areas to renovate after purchasing a new home.
Myra said the collaboration is part of its effort to make the transition into a new home smoother and more practical for buyers. The developer had earlier partnered with Panasonic Malaysia to include selected energy-efficient home appliances for eligible units.
According to Myra, these additions reflect changing buyer expectations, where convenience and overall move-in costs are becoming more important in home purchasing decisions.
What the Kitchen Package Includes
Each open market unit will receive upper and lower kitchen cabinets, quartz stone countertops, cooker hoods, soft-close drawers and related fittings.
Selected Type T2B layouts will also feature an island counter. The cabinetry includes Unity Kitchen’s UNS LED lighting system and anti-cockroach board technology, supported by warranty coverage of up to 10 years under its Care Plus programme.
Unity Kitchen said the collaboration focuses on durability, functionality and easier maintenance for homeowners.
Family-Oriented Homes in Subang 2
Myra Senja has a gross development value of around RM400 million and features three residential towers.
The development offers three and four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,101 sq ft to 1,409 sq ft, with prices from RM658,000 to RM988,200. It also adopts a low-density design with 12 units per floor.
Around 60% of units in Phase 1, Block B have been sold, while Block A is expected to launch in Q3 2026.
Facilities and Connectivity
Myra Senja includes a landscaped podium, 25-metre lap pool, water play areas, badminton courts, reading room and outdoor fitness spaces.
The development also includes ground-floor retail spaces and a boutique hotel component, creating a mixed-use environment for residents and the surrounding community.
Located in Subang 2, the project is connected via the DASH Expressway and sits near established areas such as Kota Damansara, Ara Damansara, Kwasa Damansara and Elmina.
