
NABAWAN: Alesyah Asa was crowned 2024 Unduk Ngadau Nabawan at district-level celebration held at the District Council Open Stage, here, last Saturday.
The 22-year-old is from Kampung Enam, Nabawan, with a Diploma in Technology and is currently working as an Assistant Senior Supervisor and will represent Nabawan at the State-level Unduk Ngadau competition at the end of the month.
Second place went to Sueillvindra Tangumoh 25, from Kampung Malampoi, Nabawan.
Sueillvindra graduated with a Diploma in Management Accounting and now works as Customer Service at one of the hotels in the State.

Third place went to Viviyan Erissa Binti Junny 27, from Kampung Ranau-Ranau Nabawan.
Viviyan graduated with a Bachelor of Education with Honors (Education with TESL) and is currently a teacher.
The Kaamatan Festival at the Nabawan District and Pagalungan Sub-District levels was officiated by Nabawan Assemblyman Datuk Abdul Ghani Mohamed Yassin who is also the Chairman of the Sabah Land Development Board (LKTNS).
