Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli insists Khvicha Kvaratskhelia isn't for sale.
The winger is being linked with Liverpool and Real Madrid this week.
Asked about the rumours, however, Giuntoli was eager to shut them down.
"Not true! This is a lie," he told Sport-Express.
Kvaratskhelia moved to Napoli from Dynamo Batumi in 2022. His contract with the club runs until the summer of 2027.
