Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti was delighted with their 3-1 win against Inter Milan.
Robert Gagliardini was sent off as Giovanni di Lorenzo lit up the game with a wonder goal on the Sunday.
Spalletti said: "Above all there is the quality of the game that has set us apart. Tonight was stimulating, because the lads were facing a deserved Champions League finalist.
"It was important beat Inter, to strengthen the championship that we have done.
"The team doesn't need anything or anyone. It knows how to play football and it was built well by the president and Giuntoli. The boys have heart, quality, availability and self-esteem. It becomes easy with a team with these values. There are those who have something more and the captain is Di Lorenzo.
"In my position everything is easy, because people overwhelm you with affection. I aspired to this and now I have experienced it directly: it is the most beautiful thing that could happen to me."
