Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis has moved to assure the players of title bonuses.
La Repubblica reports De Laurentiis has settled with his Napoli squad that they will receive bonuses should the team win Serie A this season.
Currently, only Spalletti has a Scudetto clause in his contract, meaning there were no guarantees that the players would be financially rewarded.
However, De Laurentiis has made sure the squad will receive a bonus if they win the Scudetto.
Other bonuses are also planned: reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League would activate bonus and qualifying for next year's edition of the competition would activate another.
