A dignitary is honoured during an NCC camp at Partap World School, Pathankot.

The NCC Combined Annual Training Camp (Army ATC & Pre-Nau Sena Camp) commenced with great enthusiasm at Partap World School, Pathankot, recently. The first day of the month-long camp witnessed the participation of hundreds of NCC cadets from different institutions, who took part in a wide range of activities aimed at enhancing their leadership qualities, discipline, physical fitness, and overall personality. Cadets actively participated in registration formalities, orientation sessions, classroom training, drill activities, sports events, and various interactive exercises.

On the occasion, NCC officers were accorded a warm welcome by the management and administration of Partap World School. Commander N Nishant, Commanding Officer, 2 Punjab Naval Unit NCC, Amritsar; Commander Gaurav Pant, Commanding Officer, 1 Chandigarh Naval Unit NCC; and Lieutenant Commander Shivam Agarwal, Executive Officer, 1 Punjab Naval Unit NCC, were honoured by the school management and the principal. School director Sunny Mahajan expressed pride in hosting the camp, saying, “It is an honour for Partap World School to serve as the venue for this significant NCC training camp. We believe that NCC plays a vital role in shaping disciplined, responsible, and confident citizens. Our campus is fully prepared to provide the best facilities and environment for cadets.”

Principal Subhra Rani said: “The presence of NCC cadets from different regions creates a wonderful atmosphere of learning, unity, and leadership. We hope this camp will provide invaluable experiences and lifelong memories to every participant.” Commander N Nishant exhorted cadets them to make the most of the training opportunity. He said, “NCC camps are platforms for learning discipline, leadership, teamwork, and resilience. I urge every cadet to participate wholeheartedly in every activity and emerge as a stronger and more responsible individual.”
