A visually impaired man was forced to move several motorbikes one by one after they were parked on the tactile walkway meant to guide persons with disabilities (PWD). The incident, believed to have taken place near the Cochrane MRT station in Cheras, went viral after a user, Hazwan Hassan, shared the photo on Threads on Wednesday.
