We are all very familiar with the Touch N Go card as well as the Touch N Go eWallet that the Touch N Go company invented. Touch N Go. invented in 1997, has been part of our lives for more than a decade. The system has been widely used for parking, toll payments, transportation and many other services. 

But do you know that your Touch N Go card will expire one day? Check it out on the back of your card, and you can see an expiry date clearly stated on it, just like every debit or credit card. However, unlike banking cards, we aren't always aware, and even if we do, we're not sure what to do with the expired card, leaving it somewhere unknown or even throwing it away, wasting all the credits inside!

Now, all you have to do is just to visit the Touch N Go NU Sentral Hub and ask for an exchange. With that, you are able to dispose of your expired Touch N Go Card, get a new Touch N Go Card, and even transfer all of your previous credits to the new card! Something you should note is that the new Touch N Go Card given isn't the normal older version. Instead, the newest Enhanced NFC card that is sold for RM10 each is given to you at no cost, real FOC!

Previously, the Enhanced NFC Touch N Go card is sold in-store and online at Touch N Go's official Lazada store by batches. Even though it's sold for only RM10, it's also very difficult to get as they sell it by batches. Now, all you have to do is to head to the Touch N Go NU Sentral Hub to exchange it for free!

What if I don't want my TNG Card anymore? 

If you're planning to migrate or have too many TNG Cards that you no longer want to exchange for a new card, there's also an alternative for you. All you have to do is do it online remotely without going to the Touch N Go NU Sentral Hub. Just head here and click "Touch N Go Card related charges".
