KOTA KINABALU: The newly-formed GRS Plus State Cabinet reflects a shared commitment by its members, including five Independents, to deliver on Sabahans’ aspirations through a stable and inclusive administration.

GRS deputy secretary-general Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali (pic) said safeguarding Sabah’s rights will remain central to the government’s direction, as promised across the election manifestos of all parties and candidates.

He said the new Cabinet will outline the State’s policy framework after its first meeting, stressing the need for assemblymen to work swiftly for the people regardless of their political backgrounds.

Armizan also highlighted the role of opposition assemblymen in providing checks and balances, noting that the voters’ mandate shows a clear desire for a government capable of meaningful change.

He expressed hope that the collective efforts of all leaders will help shape a stronger future for Sabah and its people.
