MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. named Deputy Secretary Ronald Chua from the Commission on Appointments as the new Sandiganbayan Justice, according to Manila Times sources.
Chua took his oath this Wednesday, along with Justice Assistant Secretary Randolph Pascasio who was named Court of Appeals justice.
The appointment of Pascasio leaves three more vacancies in the CA.
