He told Palace TV: My first memory of football was playing on the streets of Rio, on tarmac, getting scratched. At the time, football wasn't serious for me yet, it was fun and that is what I want: to have joy with football.
My way of playing is simple and straight to the point: I set goals and support the other players, always thinking of the team as a whole. I do my best to help the team, so what fans can expect is a lot of determination.
I do like to dribble and it is one of my strengths, dribbling and supporting the attack. I'm sure, with time, you will know me better."
