Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe insists Ryan Fraser must work even harder to regain his first team spot.
The winger has struggled to find regular game time at the St. James' Park club this season.
However, Howe is a fan of Fraser, despite their time together at Bournemouth not always being smooth sailing.
"No, he's not injured. He just needs to keep training hard," Howe told reporters on Monday.
"He's a valued member of the squad.
"I know him better than anyone and I know what he's capable of.
I'd love to see him back in a Newcastle shirt."
