Newcastle defender Fabian Schar welcomed new 45 million signing Anthony Gordon to the club.
Schar and Gordon famously had a tussle when the two sides met in the Premier League last term.
Gordon was being given a tour of the club's facilities when the Swiss defender came out from receiving treatment.
The two met and appeared to be in good spirits, as they are now teammates.
Gordon will be hoping to revitalize his young career after falling out of love with boyhood club Everton.
The Magpies are set to play in the League Cup final against Manchester United in the coming weeks.
