According to the Daily Mail, no major team has come in for Tielemans, despite summer-long rumors of a move to Manchester United or Arsenal.
Now Newcastle are entering the race, hoping to snag Tielemans on a cut-price fee.
Leicester will have to decide if they want to cash in on him, or keep him and lose the player on a free transfer at the end of the season.
