Newcastle United have agreed a deal for Chelsea wing-back Lewis Hall.
Hall has pushed for a permanent move to Newcastle, amid a loan offer from Crystal Palace, as he will have the chance to play regularly and in the Champions League.
The Telegraph says Newcastle have reached an agreement with Chelsea. The price tag has reached 28m plus bonuses.
Newcastle have also agreed with Hall over a six-year contract.
It's suggested only minor details now need to be settled, with Hall on his way to Tyneside for a medical.
