Newcastle midfielder Joelinton is in line for a first call-up by Brazil.
Joelinton has never been called up to the senior Brazil squad. Tite was aware of his progress before the World Cup but the selection for Qatar came too soon for him.
Tite watched Newcastle beat Aston Villa 4-0 in October with Joelinton among the goals and the club used its social network to spread the message, "his time will come".
Brazil plan two friendlies next month but are yet to confirm their opponents, and have been without a manager since Tite stepped aside at the end of his contract after disappointment in Qatar.
The Daily Mail says Joelinton, who won four caps and scored two goals at Under 17 level, is one of the players identified to could step in and be part in the new cycle depending on the new boss.
