Niko Kovac insists he's not had contact with Liverpool.
Kovac, who was fired by VfL Wolfsburg earlier this season, has been linked with the Reds this past week.
Now the Croatian has moved to ease the rumours.
"There is no truth in the Liverpool rumour that has been rampant in recent days. It is not true," he tells Servus TV.
Recent reports have claimed that it is Rben Amorim, of Sporting Lisbon, who is Liverpool's now No1 choice.
