KAJANG - No supporters of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak are present at the Kajang Prison following the Federal Court's decision to uphold his sentence and conviction in the SRC International case.
As of 8pm, reporters from several media outlets were seen gathered along the entrance of the prison where Najib was ordered to serve his 12-year jail sentence.
Although the ambience was quiet, the authorities were seen setting up barbed wires near the entrance but refused to comment further on the reason for doing so.
Meanwhile in Jalan Langgak Duta, Najib’s residence was also reported to be calm with no police sighted in the area.
