Norwich City renews partnership with BetWright ahead of 2026/27 season

Championship club Norwich City has announced the renewal of its partnership with gambling brand BetWright ahead of the 2026/27 season.

BetWright featured as the sponsor on the back of the men's first-team shorts last season, and both parties have decided to renew their agreement “following a successful first campaign as principal partner”, according to a statement on the club website.

The brand was launched in 2024 by Onyx Gaming Ltd., and runs both online bookmaker and online casino sections. As part of the agreement, BetWright branding will also feature across the club's partner section, alongside a programme of fan-focused activations, dedicated social media activity and more.

Ed Turnham, commercial director at Norwich City, said that the club is “pleased to extend our partnership with BetWright ahead of the 2026/27 season”, explaining: “The relationship has grown considerably during our first season together and we're excited to continue building on that success.

“We look forward to seeing the BetWright logo on our men's first team kit again, as well as supporting our purpose driven mission,” he added.

“Norwich is a club that gives back to its city, and we want our partnership to reflect that on and off the pitch,” said BetWright’s chief marketing officer Yarry Troshchey.

“Year one was about introducing ourselves to the Canaries faithful. Year two is about building on it. We've learned a lot about what resonates with this fanbase, and we've got bigger plans for the season ahead - on the community side especially,” he added.

The renewal is the latest in a string of football clubs agreeing sponsorship deals with betting brands, with Premier League side Leeds United having recently announced their own deal with Irish brand Boyle Sports.
