Stoke City defender Lewis Macari is ready to sign with Notts County.
Macari is the grandson of former Manchester United captain Lou Macari.
The Sun says he is on loan with League Two side Notts County.
The 21-year-old has made five appearances and could sign permanently in January from Stoke.
Macari is also on Scotland U21's radar.
