Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum admits Arsenal have made some good signings this summer.
The Gunners broke their transfer record to sign Nicolas Pepe from Lille, while also bringing in Dani Ceballos and David Luiz.
The two clubs will face off this weekend at Anfield and Wijnaldum expects a tough challenge from the visitors.
"It is difficult to say who will be up there. We must see how the season goes for them but also us," Wijnaldum said.
"Everyone says we will finish first or second but we must still show it and perform at the end of the season.
"We have to make sure we deal with the situations and give everything we have. They made some good signings but they were always a good team."
