MALAYSIA has found an unexpected celebrity visitor, with Olympic gymnastics icon Simone Biles delighting local fans after sharing photos from her holiday at Desaru Coast.
The 11-time Olympic medallist posted a series of sun-soaked photos on social media, showing herself relaxing at the luxury coastal destination in Johor.
In one photo, Biles posed on a rustic wooden swing, while another captured her unwinding by a swimming pool overlooking lush tropical greenery.
She captioned the post: “making myself at home 🥥 MY 💓.”
The post quickly caught the attention of Malaysian netizens, many of whom were surprised to learn that one of the world’s greatest gymnasts had chosen Malaysia as her holiday destination.
