- Emergency services were called to the residential property shortly after 1am on Wednesday following reports of the blaze.
- The Metropolitan Police believe the fire may have been started deliberately, although no arrests have yet been made.
- Detective Chief Inspector Neil John has appealed for witnesses and any relevant CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage to come forward.
