From getting to the venue to setlist predictions, here is your complete guide to making the most of ONE OK ROCK’s long-awaited return to Malaysia.
After years of anticipation, ONE OK ROCK are finally making their return to Malaysian shores. If you managed to secure a ticket amid the chaotic ticketing frenzy, the hard part is over. What remains is simply making sure you arrive prepared, so that the only thing on your mind come showtime is losing yourself in the music.
ONE OK ROCK’s ‘DETOX’ world tour has been making its way across Asia in spectacular fashion, having already touched down in Bangkok, Seoul, Manila, Singapore, and Taipei. Kuala Lumpur is next in line, with the Japanese rock band set to take the stage this week before continuing onward to Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Jakarta to close out the tour.
The Malaysian leg is a one-night-only affair, scheduled for 29 April 2026 at Unifi Arena (formerly known as Axiata Arena) within Kuala Lumpur Sports City. The venue holds a certain sentimental weight for the band, having previously hosted their sold-out 2023 show. It is, by any measure, a fitting stage for what promises to be one of their most ambitious tours to date.
ONE OK ROCK in Malaysia 2026 concert guide: How to get to Unifi Arena

Unifi Arena is no stranger to hosting major acts, with everyone from G-Dragon to DAY6 having performed there, and upcoming shows from Laufey and LANY already in the calendar. For first-timers heading to the venue, the good news is that getting there is fairly straightforward, provided you plan your journey in advance.
By LRT (Recommended)
Public transport is strongly advisable on concert day, and the LRT is your most reliable option. Take the Kelana Jaya line and transfer at Masjid Jamek onto the Sri Petaling line in the direction of Putra Heights. Disembark at Bukit Jalil Station, then make your way on foot to the arena, which is roughly a 10 minute walk. Train services typically run until 11.50 PM, meaning you can stay for the full encore without worrying about missing your last ride home.
By Bus
For those who prefer travelling overground, several RapidKL bus routes serve the area. Routes T563, T580, T582, and 652 all stop at Stadium Bukit Jalil (Barat), from which the arena is another 10 minute walk away.
By Car

If you are driving, factor in additional time for traffic, which will inevitably be heavier than usual around the venue. Parking is available at a cost of between RM10 and RM20, payable via credit or debit card or Touch ‘n Go. The two most convenient options are:
- Parking Lot D: Located directly in front of Unifi Arena, with 147 spaces available
- Parking Lot E: Beside the National Squash Centre, offering approximately 700 spaces and a generally calmer experience
One worthwhile tip: Consider parking at Awan Besar LRT Station, two stops before Bukit Jalil. Doing so could save you considerable time when navigating the post-concert rush.
What can you bring into the concert venue?

The official prohibited items list for this particular show has yet to be released at the time of writing, but security at Unifi Arena tends to follow a consistent set of guidelines across events. It is worth familiarising yourself with what is and is not permitted before you leave the house.
Items typically not permitted inside the venue:
- Chairs, stools, or any foldable seating
- Weapons of any kind
- Helmets and non-collapsible umbrellas
- Signs, banners, or headbands larger than A3 size that may block other attendees’ sightlines
- Noisy, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate items
- Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, lighters, and flammable materials
- Electronic devices beyond a personal mobile phone and a power bank (capped at 10,000mAh)
- Selfie sticks, tripods, or monopods
- Outside food and beverages, unless from an approved brand
- Bags exceeding A4 size, luggage, strollers, or trolleys
- Laser pointers, torches, whistles, or anything else likely to interfere with the performance
- Alcohol and illegal substances
Security checks will be carried out at all entry points, and anyone found carrying restricted items risks being refused admission. Re-entry is not permitted once you are inside the venue, and entry timing may be subject to change depending on crowd conditions.
One final, non-negotiable reminder: Bring your ticket. Only physical tickets or official PDF e-tickets will be accepted at the gate. Screenshots and photos of tickets are not valid, so download your ticket ahead of time and do not rely on mobile data to come through for you in a crowd.
