This video on TikTok, however, clearly defied that rule. User @shahmichaell recently recorded this shocking footage of a man street luging on Jalan Bukit Baru, Balik Pulau.
Whilst the latter seemed to be enjoying the act, doing it so on a busy main road surrounded by cars is a major red alert.
Enraged viewers have called out his recklessness, and wondered whether authorities might take action on him.
