Former Chelsea star Oscar has heaped praise on the latest Brazilian to arrive at the club.
While Oscar admits that times are tough for Chelsea at present, he does believe they have a bright future.
The 31-year-old, who played 203 games for the club, eventually moved on to Chinese side Shanghai Port for a mega salary.
Andrey [Santos - 18-year-old] will be more like Ramires, he's a defensive midfielder," he said to Premier League Brasil.
"I saw some of his games in the under 20 national team, he's a boy who has a super opportunity to succeed at Chelsea."
Right now they have signed many and almost none of them are working because it's a difficult team to adapt to," he added.
"But he has everything to achieve, there's this history of Brazilians who play in midfield and worked out well."
