
SANDAKAN: More than 1,000 people from here and nearby districts gathered peacefully at The Piazza, Harbour Mall, for the #JusticeForZara Vigil organised by the Zara Solidarity Secretariat on Friday night.
The gathering aimed to show unity and support for justice in the case.
Among those present were Sandakan MP Vivian Wong Shir Yee, Elopura Assemblyman Calvin Chong Ket Kiun, community leaders, youth representatives, and members of the organising committee.

Vivian expressed gratitude for the strong show of solidarity and called on the government to conduct a thorough investigation, while similar gatherings were also held in other districts across Sabah.
