MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Vice President (OVP) on Monday said it showed sound fiscal management and efficient budget use in 2025.
An OVP report for 2025 said the office obligated 92.32 percent of the P913.243 million allocated to it under current and continuing appropriations.
The OVP said in a statement that it ensured that "government resources were directed toward priority programs and services that reached communities across the country, including geographically isolated areas."
The OVP logged a disbursement rate of 81 percent, "reflecting the timely conversion of budget obligations into actual payments and the effective implementation of programs and projects", the office said.
