A new premium wellness clinic focused on preventive and regenerative medicine has opened along Mother Ignacia Avenue, Quezon City, offering advanced treatments aimed at boosting vitality, slowing aging and personalizing health care for patients at every stage of life.

Owen Regenerative and Longevity, founded by Dr. John Paul Pareja, officially launched at Grandia Place in South Triangle, Quezon City, with a roster of celebrity ambassadors and a strong message that health should be proactive, personalized and long-term.

Pareja, who is also known for The SB Clinic, described Owen as a specialty center focused on wellness, longevity and regenerative treatments tailored to each patient.

“True wealth is your health. Without your health, it’s all in vain. It’s about time that as early as now, no matter what age or stage of life you are in, you start taking care of that rather than waiting for something to happen,” Pareja said during the launch.

Focus on regenerative medicine

Owen offers advanced therapies designed to support cellular repair, hormone balance and overall vitality. Among its services are Exotherapy, Peptide Metatherapy, Plasma Exchange Therapy, Biohormonal Therapy and Stem Cell Therapy.

Exotherapy centers on cellular regeneration through extracellular vesicles that help regulate tissue repair. Peptide Metatherapy uses short chains of amino acids to help reduce inflammation, support immunity and promote recovery. Plasma Exchange Therapy removes harmful antibodies and toxins from the blood plasma. Biohormonal Therapy provides plant-derived hormones structured like those produced by the human body. The clinic also offers Stem Cell Therapy aimed at tissue repair and regeneration.

According to Pareja, a key feature of Owen’s approach is personalization.

“It must be tailored based on you. We even check hereditary genes that might expose you to certain illnesses. Your hormonal requirements are different from mine, from others. So treatment must be individualized,” he said.

He added that regenerative medicine focuses on helping the body produce what it needs naturally, rather than relying solely on synthetic supplementation.

“We are giving safe amounts in your body for you to produce your own hormones, so you can improve your own production,” he said.

Celebrity ambassadors share wellness goals

The launch was attended by celebrity ambassadors Pia Guanio-Mago, Tony Labrusca, John Vic de Guzman, Sam Coloso and talent manager Wilbert Tolentino.

For Guanio-Mago, modern wellness is about prevention.

She said, “Before, whenever we would engage in some medical procedure, it would always be because we got sick or injured. Now, everything is preventive. It’s so much easier to prevent than to repair something that’s already broken.”

Guanio-Mago, who shared that she is 51, said maintaining energy and strength is essential as a mother.

“I have very young kids, and I have a long way to go. I need vitality. I need mental quickness. I want to be able to take care of my family for as long as I can,” she said

Labrusca said turning 30 made him more conscious of his health.

“I feel perpetually tired. I’ve heard that NAD+ IV helps with energy, so I’m really excited to see the difference. I’m also starting to notice things in my health that I never experienced before, like joint pain and thinning hair,” he said.

He added that aging is “a blessing to be able to age gracefully,” even if it comes with challenges.

Coloso, meanwhile, echoed the importance of supplementing an active lifestyle with medical support.

“Longevity, for me, is about living with energy, clarity and quality. You have to invest in yourself first before you can help others,” she said.

Entering the ‘wellness era’

Throughout the launch, speakers emphasized a shift in mindset from reactive medicine to preventive care.

“We are entering the wellness era. As early as now, invest in yourself. Because how are you going to help your family or fulfill your responsibilities if you yourself are not healthy?” Pareja said.

With its premium location in South Triangle and a lineup of high-profile ambassadors, Owen aims to position itself as a destination for those seeking long-term health solutions rather than quick fixes.

As the wellness industry continues to expand in the Philippines, Owen’s launch signals growing interest in regenerative and longevity-focused medicine, particularly among younger and middle-aged adults seeking to stay active and productive well into later life.
