Crystal Palace have submitted an offer for CSKA Moscow striker Fedor Chalov.
21-year-old Chalov netted 17 goals and registered seven assists in 37 appearances for the Russian giants last season.
Palace are desperate for summer signings and Sky Sports says they have a made a bid of 14m for Chalov.
Liverpool, Arsenal, Lazio and Valencia are just some of the clubs who have been linked with Chalov this summer.
