MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), along with the Home Development Mutual Fund, also known as the Pag-IBIG Fund, turned over house-and-lot units under the government’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
Housing Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling, Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles Jr., and Pag IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta, along with PA Properties Chairman Romarico Alvarez led the ceremonial turnover ceremony at the NuVista Homes subdivision in Lipa City, Batangas on Wednesday.
PA Properties committed 2,500 housing units under the 4PH Program.
“The event is another proof of the growing private sector support and sustained expansion of the program aimed at providing decent, safer and affordable homes to Filipino families,” the DHSUD said.
